HOW DOES IT WORK?
Contaminated soil is excavated and placed into an encapsulation. The encapsulation allows the soil to sweat and in affect release the contaminants and VOC’s as vapours. Ingeniously designed airflow rates across the excavated odorous soils removes VOC’s rapidly first via a prefilter, removing any dusts and then transporting the fumed air into the Industrial Activated Carbon Filter System.
The vapours then pass through a series of Carbon Cassettes where the gaseous contaminants become fixated.
As a result the Industrial Activated Carbon System allows re-use of defumed soil by returning the now “clean earth” to the excavation site.
Carbon Filter Combination
The Carbon Filter Combination allows an excavation or temporary building to be de-fumed and deodorized at the point of sour soil exposure. The Dust Collector pre cleans the sour soil prior to the carbon filter deodorizing and fume capture. The sour soil can be quickly reused and returned to it’s original position in many cases. The Granulated Activated Carbon can easily be changed from the patented cassettes within the filtering system.
